What is a company's mission? Can the emloyees easily plug in and feel part if it? And why is it actually important?
Companies at the Czech Republic are missing ca. 300.000 employees. Most of them have found out that to attract talents and to keep them, they have to have something extra for their employees. And with millennials its not about money any more.
On May 17, 2018, AmCham organised a panel discussion on Employer Branding. This topic has been discussed at the AmCham before - on November 7, 2017 there was an Employer Branding debate under HR Committee. This time we connected the HR and marketing aspects and moved more towards customers.
Ivana Šedivá, Chair of Marketing & Communications Committee and Marketing Director of McDonald's moderated the debate. We saw interesting presentations and case studies from Emil Jimenez (Passion Communications), Andrea Hepnerová (SAP Services) and Ivana Šedivá (McDonald's).
