After our first discussion with the Ministry on general principles of the proposed substantial amendment to Public Procurement Act in April this year, AmCham members have the opportunity to sit together again and discuss its paragraphed version. The Amendment aims, among the other goals, to satisfy our obligations given by EU legislation and to enhance transparency and procedure simplicity.
