Description
At last meeting Committee members agreed on the following steps:
1. Attached find list of events happening in Prague during the next whole year. Please send me your comments on what events are missing in this calendar or what you think should not be on the list by October 1st.
2. Attached find results of surveys made by PCB sent by Jade Sebek.
3. Cooperation with AmCham members from marketing sector on creation of new slogan of marketing campaign. Jade Sebek will send brief proposal and Sanjiv Suri will contact members with the bid proposal. The deadline for sending it out is October 3rd.
4. Regarding CEDAZ shuttle to Prague Airport, Anica Djokic sent link information on their company: http://www.cedaz.cz/about-transport-services.php. 5. Regarding one of the Committee goals – to bring more corporate meetings to Prague – first target will be to create a special package providing special offers from hotels, restaurant and transport pass with discount offers – 6 months deadline.
6. Organize access roundtable with Rostislav Vondruška, Director of CzechTourism – October/November
7. In the beginning of October all associations from tourism sector (Czechtourism, PCB, ACK, Amcham, ČSA, …) will meet and coordinate next steps.
