Roundtable on the planned Act on Supervision over Financial Market featuring Lukáš Vacek and Michaela Vítů, Ministry of Finance, Department for Financial Market Legislation. The roundtable will be held on October 23, 10 am – 12 in the Chamber offices, Dušní 10, Prague 1. The Act should regulate all activities of the Czech National Bank in this field. A public consultation on a ministerial discussion material (please see attached) is running untill October 31. AmCham has a priviledge of meeting with the drafters before the deadline of the consultation. Our guests will deliver a presentation on the ministerial concept of the bill, a discussion will follow. I would like to ask you to have a look at the ministerial text before the roundtable and take down your comments and questions so that the meeting is mutually beneficial and as efficient as possible. The meeting will be held in Czech.
