Description
The seminar will be held in English. We will focus on the new amendment to Act on Public Contracts (55/2012 Coll.) which came into force on 1 April 2012, and will also deal with likely changes in public procurement rules pursuant to draft new EU Directives on public procurement which are expected to be promulgated by the end of this year.
The topic of public procurement will be delivered by Petr Dovolil (Mott MacDonald) and Daniel Weinhold (Weinhold Legal), both members of an expert group of the Minister of Regional Development established for preparation of the Amendment, and an Expert Group of the Platform for Transparent Public Contracts - www.transparentnizakazky.cz.
