Hay Group´s recent global slowing economy survey shows that many organizations are reacting to this already, freezing base pay or preparing to do so. They are reconsidering the value and expense of many programs including their staffing levels and cost of their reward programs. But should a downturn be a time for cutting back, shedding and battening down hatches? Or is there opportunity in economic adversity? We would like to invite you for the debate on Managing in downturn, from revamping your operational model to finding leaders with the skills to shine in hard times. Downturns hold out many opportunities for the savvy organization. Speakers: 1. Scott Marlowe, Country Manager, Hay Group 2. Blake Wittman, Country Manager, SpenglerFox Prague
