Any company can nominate a representative into the task force. The goal of the task force is to draft short guidelines that will ensure that companies bidding in public tenders behave in a transparent way. Adherence to the guidelines will be voluntary. As the task force is run under the Platform for the Transparent Public Tenders, all its meetings will be held in Czech language and the Czech version of the materials would prevail. The aim of this programme is to review how recent problems in liquidity are impacting upon loan agreements and security documentation. Specifically it´s focused on market disruption in terms of problems with Libor/ Euribor/Hibor calculation. Reliance on the market disruption clause and problems of activation will be discussed. The implications of activation and also alternative methods of interest calculation in times of economic crises will be reviewed.
