MARKÉTA TVRDÁ HAS JOINED THE CORPORATE DEPARTMENT OF LOVELLS
The international law firm, Lovells, has strengthened its Prague-based corporate team with the appointment of advocate Markéta Tvrdá (31). Markéta previously worked at the law firm Salans for six years.
Markéta Tvrdá specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and corporate aspects of real estate transactions. Markéta has considerable experience in working for foreign investors, particularly in international transactions, restructuring and transfers of assets and liabilities. Markéta Tvrdá is also experienced in transactions concerning initial public offerings (IPO).
Markéta Tvrdá graduated in law from Charles University in Prague and received a Master of Economics degree from the Prague University of Economics (VŠE).
In her spare time Markéta enjoys sports: she is fond of trekking, skiing, cycling and playing golf.
